Preschool Contract

I hereby contract with Kerman Christian School (KCS) for the 2023-2024 school year for the above-named child according to the program and days listed above. I will be responsible for payment of tuition including all fees. I agree to make tuition payments in advance. Tuition payments are due on the 1st and a $25 late fee will be assessed after the 15th if payment is not made.
